How do I track my orders?

How long will it take my order to arrive?
We will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. Depending on your location delivery can take between 2 – 10 working days, subject to unforeseen delays. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring that the products can be imported into your country DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? We ship only to some European countries. If your country does not come up in the shipping destination, please contact our customer service team at info@bertalife.eu.
What is your return policy?
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned, unused, and with the original product packaging intact in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item). Please see our returns policy for full details.

Can you fulfill special orders of products that are not on your site but are in holistic health protocols?
IIf there is something we do not carry on the site but you need it, you can send us a request and we will contact our suppliers to see if we are able to get hold of it for you. If it is requested a lot then we will look to stock it as a standard item. Please note that special orders may incur an extra delivery charge that may be passed on from our supplier.
