Recommended dosage

• Adults: 1 teaspoon daily
• Children and Sensitive Individuals: 1/4 teaspoon daily
• Infants (3 months +): 3 drops daily
• Pregnant and breastfeeding Mums: do not exceed more than 1/4 teaspoon daily
  Best taken with food.

Temperature

• May become thick & cloudy when refrigerated or frozen: gently shake before use.

Freeze

• Unopened bottles can be stored in a freezer to improve shelf life.

Expiration date

• Once opened, keep in fridge (4°C/39°F) and use within 3 months.

Storage

• Always keep in dark storage.
• Long term storage for UNOPENED bottles:
  Fridge (4°C/39°F) = 1 year
  Freezer (-19°C/2.2°F) = 3 years
