- Adults: 1 teaspoon daily
- Children and Sensitive Individuals: 1/4 teaspoon daily
- Infants (3 months +): 3 drops daily
- Pregnant and breastfeeding Mums: do not exceed more than 1/4 teaspoon daily
Best taken with food.
Temperature
- May become thick & cloudy when refrigerated or frozen: gently shake before use.
Freeze
- Unopened bottles can be stored in a freezer to improve shelf life.
Expiration date
